Some events go beyond food. Our latest catering service was one of those moments that stay with you forever.
We were welcomed into a wonderful home, by an even more wonderful family. From the very beginning, we knew this wouldn’t be just another event.
María, the mother who organized everything, asked me something truly special… to share my story — how my passion for cooking began and why I dedicated my life to Mexican cuisine.
It moved me deeply. It’s not every day you’re invited to open your heart in front of such a special audience — so young, so curious, so present. Her son was turning 20, and their guests — family and friends — enjoyed not only the food, but also what our cuisine stands for: identity, pride, and culture.
We prepared an elegant yet intimate setup, full of family warmth and details designed for everyone — from the grandparents to the youngest guests. The menu paid tribute to the classics: tacos, quesadillas, tostadas, Acapulco-style ceviche, and of course, our handcrafted margaritas.
Watching everyone enjoy, smile, and get emotional… that’s the greatest pride we can have as Mexicans, and as the team behind Tequilero by Hoos.
