LINDAVISTA
- 1⁄4 of Guacamole
- Mexican pancakes in the pure D.F.style.
- Small sandwiches of Iberian Ham with Chipotle Virgin Olive Oil and Spanish Tortilla with a touch of Jalapeño.
- 2 Marquesas wheat tortilla quesadillas stuffed with Cuitlacoche and pumpkin flower. They all have cheese.
- Cuitlacoche: black corn mushroom.
2 Regional Stew Tacos:
- Cochinita Pibil: Yucatan-style marinated pork.
- El Ranchero: Beef,peppers,onion and a touch of cactus.
- 2 Celayitas: mini cup filled with Cajeta in the pure Celaya style.
ACAPULCO
- 1/4 of Guacamole.
- 2 Ceviche de Rosa Botanitas – Hake and Prawns.
- 1 Mexican Pancake from CDMX.
- Iberico Ham with Chipotle Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Marquesas wheat tortilla quesadillas stuffed with Mushroom and Cuitlacoche. They all have cheese.
- 2 Tacos of the popular ones from Polanco:
- Shepherd: Marinated Pig.
- Chicken Tinga: Shredded chicken, tomato, onion and a spicy touch.
- 2, 3 milk cakes Cake bathed in different milks with a touch of meringue.
TEOTIHUACAN
- Spicy sauces con with tortilla chips..
- Tomatitos Michoacan: Small orchard tomatoes stuffed with red tuna, avocado, onion, coriander and extra virgin olive oil.
- Aztec Soup: Fried corn tortilla strips, chicken broth with tomato, sour cream, avocado, cheese and dried chili.
- Carne a la Tampiqueña: Grilled beef sirloin steak, chicken enchilada in red sauce, poblano slices, beans and rice.
- Cinnamon apple pie.
DOÑA ALICIA
- Spicy sauces and Chips.
- Nopalitos Hoos:
Mexican cactus strips, tomato, cilantro, cheese, corn tortilla
strips and extra olive oil. - Crema Coyoacan:
Pumpkin flower, onion, cheese, cream and Mole Poblano milk. - Chicken:
bathed in mole poblano sauce, different spices, different chilies and a touch of chocolate. - Celaya Crepe:
Crepe filled with Mexican dulce de leche, walnuts, vanilla ice cream
and dusted with icing sugar.

We hired Armando for the catering for my wedding and it was a complete success. I have lived in Mexico and I can say that is the best Mexican food I have tried in Madrid. Very authentic. The margaritas were delicious, the guests loved them. The attention was a 10, super close and friendly. Good communication and transparency the whole time. They did everything possible to make us happy, they adapted their menus for children, vegetarians, vegans and whatever we needed.
